When the storage limit is reached the user will be unable to receive mail until space is cleared. This can be avoided by either removing the mail after a designated time (Delete copies from the server), or after the item is deleted permanently (After Deleting From This Computer). Electing not to Leave a copy of messages on the server will download all mail data from the server, but may prevent other attached clients or devices from viewing mailbox data. Click OK after the proper selection is made. |
