Basic Email Hosting - How to Change a Mailbox Password

This article will demonstrate how to change a password for a Basic Mail Account.

Change A Mailbox Via The Services Control Panel (Admins):

1. In a web browser navigate to the ITSolutionsNow services control panel:


2. Locate the mail icon on the account home screen, hover the mouse cursor over the icon to display the options, and click Accounts.


3. Find, and click on the mailbox requiring the password change.


4. Once the Mail Account Properties section loads, specify a new password in both Password fields. Next Check the box, Change Password, if the box is not checked the password changes will not update. Then to complete the password change click the Save button on the bottom of the page.
