Exchange Hosting - Android Configuration Exchange 2010

Prerequisites

Active Exchange services, see Add Hosted Services.

Summary

This article demonstrates how to setup ActiveSync services on an Android based device running various versions. Due to hardware and software fragmentation of the Android OS it may not work on all devices, but will work for the native version of the OS using the built in Account Sync, and Email features.

The instructions provided were configured with the stock Android OS, and are not necessarily specific, nor applicable to all devices (Nexus, Nexus S aside). Proprietary manufacturer clients and third party applications will use the same settings, but will not necessarily share the same setup process.
