Prerequisites
Summary
This article details how to properly create a distribution list in addition to configure, and delegate permissions.

Create A New Distribution List:
1. In a web browser navigate to the ITSolutionsNow services control panel: https://cp.myhostedsolution.com/ |

2. Click on Hosted Organizations. |

3. Click on the organization name. |

4. The organization home page will now be displayed. On the left side of the page the active services will be displayed, under the Exchange section click Distribution Lists. |

5. After the Distribution Lists section loads click the Create New Distribution List button. |

6. Enter the following information for the new distribution list:

7. The newly created distribution list will now need to be populated with any pertinent users, contacts, and room addresses. To add members click the Add... button in the middle of the page. |

8. Once again a window with the organizations global address list will be displayed. Select individual or multiple members for the group by Checking the boxes next to their name, and then clicking the Add Accounts button. |

9. After the accounts are added the distribution list properties will be displayed again, verify that the users selected now appear as members. The setup of the distribution list is now complete. To optionally enable Send As, and Send on Behalf of permissions please review the following section contained within this support article. |

Enabling Send As & Send On Behalf Of Functionality:
1. In a web browser navigate to the ITSolutionsNow services control panel: https://cp.myhostedsolution.com/ |

2. Click on Hosted Organizations. |

3. Click on the organization name. |

4. The organization home page will now be displayed. On the left side of the page the active services will be displayed, under the Exchange section click Distribution Lists. |

5. After the Distribution Lists section loads click on the name of the Distribution list that will be modified. |

6. The distribution list properties page will now be displayed, and will present two permission options:
Click the Add... button under the desired group to load the global address list, and user selection screen. |

7. Select single, or multiple users to grant permissions to. Once granted, click the Add Accounts... button. |

8. Click the Save Changes button to finish delegating permissions. |
