Exchange Hosting - Add An Email Alias

Prerequisites

Active Exchange services, see Add Hosted Services.

Summary

This article will demonstrate how to add an email alias.

Email aliases provide another address to catch incoming mail, but do not offer, "Send As," capabilities. Aliases may only be added to an existing mailbox if the alias does not already exist in the form of a distribution list, user, or alias.

1. In a web browser navigate to the ITSolutionsNow services control panel:  https://cp.myhostedsolution.com/
