Prerequisites
Summary
As of November, 2011 all Outlook downloads must be obtained through the billing control panel by adding the free Outlook client license. Only the primary account holder, or account contacts given billing permissions may obtain this add-on. The Outlook software will be provided in an email following the successful addition of this add-on, and will remain active unless updated or notified of otherwise. |
1. In a web browser navigate to the ITSolutionsNow account management website: https://client.exchangemailhosting.com/ |

2. Login using the account management credentials created during account sign up. |

3. After a successful login, the browser will redirect to the account home page. Then, from the top of the home page click on, Services, then View Available Addons. |

4. The Product Addons screen will load and you should see Outlook Client License, in the drop down select the approriate domain and click Add to Cart, then Jump straight to checkout. |

5. Review the shopping cart to ensure the Outlook Client License has been selected, then proceed to the Payment Method section. The account will not be charged for the Outlook add-on however, it is necessary to enter the credit card information to verify the action is that of the account holder. If a credit card has previously been entered only the CW/CVC2 number will be required, otherwise all credit card information will be required. Once the entry is complete, accept the Terms of Service by checking the associated box, and then click Complete Order. |

8. After processing the information the billing control panel will display the confirmation number and email a link to download the Outlook clients to the address of the primary account holder. The primary account holder email, if unknown, is displayed at the account home and in the my details section (reference this support article if necessary). In the event the email is misplaced please email the support desk (support@itsolutionsnow.com)with the confirmation number. |
