Encryption Services - Add Recipient & Sender Groups (Email Lists)

Active encryption services, see Add Hosted Services.

Summary

This article will demonstrate how to create a Recipient/Sender Email group (email list).



1. In a web browser navigate to the ITSolutionsNow encrypted mail gateway: https://securemail.myhostedservice.com//

 

2. Login using the administrative credentials supplied for the mail encryption services
Please note these credentials are not the same used to access email, and are unique to the client space. To request credentials either click the, "Forgot Password," link or email support@itsolutionsnow.com with the account holder name, domain name, and last four digits of the billing credit card.

3. After a successful login locate the policies section and click the link for List Policies.

4. On the subsequent page, Outbound Email Policies, click the link on the right side of the page Recipient & Sender Groups

5. Click on Add an Email List

6. For the new email list enter the provide the following information in the corresponding fields:

  1. List Name: A descriptive list name
  2. List Description: Provide detail on email list.
  3. Keyword List: Enter all necessary email addresses. Any entry should be separated by a line without any commas, semi-colons or other punctuation marks. Entire domains may be included only by creating a Regular Expression List.

After all entries have been properly made, click Save. The email list will now appear on the Recipient/Sender email group page, and also be available for policy application.
