Encryption Services - Mail Keywords & Conditionals

Active encryption services, see Add Hosted Services.

Summary

This article will demonstrate how to create a keyword/dictionary list for a domain.



1. In a web browser navigate to the ITSolutionsNow encrypted mail gateway: https://securemail.myhostedservice.com//

 

2. Login using the administrative credentials supplied for the mail encryption services
Please note these credentials are not the same used to access email, and are unique to the client space. To request credentials either click the, "Forgot Password," link or email support@itsolutionsnow.com with the account holder name, domain name, and last four digits of the billing credit card.

3. After a successful login locate the policies section and click the link for List Policies.

4. The subsequent page, Outbound Email Policies, displays the currently configured policies and their active state. Click on the link on the right side of the page, Keywords & Dictionaries.

5. At the top of the page click, Add a Keyword/Dictionary List.

6. The Edit Keyword properties page will open. In the indicated fields enter the following information:

  1. List Name: A unique, distinctive list name.
  2. List Description: Enter a list description.
  3. Keyword List: Enter all pertinent keywords. Each word must be separated by a line, and not include commas, semi-colons, or other punctuation marks. Also note that keywords entered are not case sensitive, and wild card ("*") values are not supported. Wildcard values may be searched against (ex. *.png) by creating a regular expression.

Enter the requisite keywords, then click Save once completed. The list will now appear in the Keywords/Dictionary page and also be available for use in policy creation.
