Prerequisites
Summary
1. Navigate and login to the organization's SharePoint website. |
2. From the site home, click on the appropriate calendar, or navigate to the location of another calendar. Click on the calendar name to open the calendar properties. |

3. Click on the Calendar tab, and then click Connect to Outlook. |

4. A series of prompts will ask permission to link to the calendar, click Allow, Allow, and Yes. |

5. One last prompt will appear asking for the username and password of the user connecting to the calendar. Enter the full username (typically an email address user@domain.com) and password. |

6. Outlook will automatically load the calendar section, and the new Calendar will appear. Any changes made in Outlook will sync to the SharePoint site and vice versa. |
