Submitting & Viewing Support Requests


This article will demonstrate how to submit support requests to our support departments and how to view existing requests.



1. To start, open a web browser and type in this address and press enter. You may wish to bookmark this website for future use.


2. If you are already an existing user, click the login button in the upper right. For first time users, click on "Submit a request."

3. Fill out the support request with a Subject that describes briefly what the issue is. Use the Description field to provide as much detail as possible for the support representative. Fields that are required are marked with an askerisk.

4. You will receive an e-mail in your Inbox with a verification link. Click the link to verify your email and enter a password for your account.

From now on, you can sign in with your email and password to submit new requests.



5. To view existing requests and to respond, click on "Check your existing requests" link. In addition, you can also create and reply to our support representatives now through your email program. You can provide attachments as well through email.
