Virtual directories are a name, or alias, for a physical directory on a server that does not reside in the home directory. If, for example, a virtual directory entitled, "images," from a folder anywhere on the server, the contents of that folder will appear at www.mydomain.com/images/ despite that it is not physically located in the images/ subfolder of the web site's root folder.

1. In a web browser navigate to the ITSolutionsNow services control panel:  https://cp.myhostedsolution.com/

2. From the center of the screen hover over the Web icon, and then select Web Sites.

3. Click the pertinent website.

4. The web site properties will load, displaying the current configuration of the website. Referencing the image below, click on the second tab Virtual Dirs.
