A Web App is an ubiquitous application designed to be accessed over an inter/intra network in a browser environment or language. Unlike traditional client side applications, web apps require no additional software installation (beyond typical browser languages) and run exclusively from a dedicated (in this case hosted) computing source.
Web Apps provide easily accessible, and versatile applications for a host of different clients interactions. They can help streamline site design and add functionality that otherwise would require extensive development resources. The applications can be installed through the organization's services control panel, and are designed to integrate into any existing hosted website.
1. In a web browser, navigate to the Web Services Control Panel: https://plw01.web.myhostedservice.com:8443. Tyepe in the Username and password and then click Log in.
2. Make sure the "Applications" tab is selected. Highlight the "All Available Applications" on the left pane.
3. Select a category to view specific apps. then purchase and/or install the app.
