This article explains how to find your FTP address for uploading you website content.

The FTP server address is the same IP address as the A record needed to point your website domain to our servers in DNS.

If you already have your DNS zone A records pointing to our servers at 66.129.85.14, then you can simply use the host name to connect via FTP. A popular FTP file transfer program is FileZilla. The host name can be 66.129.85.14 or your domain name if the A record is already pointing to that IP address.
