Summary
This article will demonstrate how to configure the Remote Desktop Connection to connect to your cloud desktop. The Remote Desktop Connection software is built into Windows and provides the means of connecting to another Windows computer or network.
1. Launch the Run dialogue box using the Start Menu or a Windows key combination.

3. Remote Desktop Connections program launches. Click on the "Show Options" button in the lower left. |

4. Enter your connection information: Computer: the Cloud server address given to you by support (i.e. 66.129.85.99:14932). User name: the full login name includes a domain name typically (i.e. support@itsolutionsnow.com).
5. Click on the Save As... button. Call the file "Cloud" and save it to your Desktop. When you want to connect, simply double-click the "Cloud" icon on your desktop and enter your password to connect. |
