BlackBerry - Remove BlackBerry Services

Active BES, and Exchange Email services, see Add Hosted Services.

This article will detail how to cancel BlackBerry (BES) services for a user.

1. Access the online control panel and remove the BlackBerry User. Refer to the support article: Remove BlackBerry User.

2. Though the BlackBerry user is removed from the service on the control panel, the active quota for BlackBerry users remains the same. View the support article Remove Hosted Services , and when going through the removal process decrease the total number of BlackBerry sync services by the total number of BlackBerry users deleted from the control panel.
