Backup Data In Outlook 2011

Active Exchange services, see Add Hosted Services.

 

Summary

This article demonstrates how setup a backup data in Outlook 2011.

 


 

1. With Outlook 2011 open click File, and then Export...

2. Specify the Outlook data to be exported, typically given the nature of an Exchange account, all the data types should be selected. After specifying the data types click the arrow to advance.

3. Choose between deleting or keeping the data after export, then click the arrow once again.

4. Finally specify the folder for the backup location, and click Save.
