Summary
This article shows how to disable/enable conversation view in Outlook Web Access.
1. In a web browser navigate to the Outlook Web Access (OWA) portal (webmail13.myhostedservice.com), and login using the full email address and password. |

2. Immediately above the content within the inbox will be options to arrange and display emails. Next to Arrange by: is a small black arrow. Click the arrow, and then uncheck Conversation.

3. To re-enable conversation view at any time, repeat steps 1 & 2. |
