This article demonstrates how to create a new Identity in Outlook 2011

 


 

 

1. With Outlook 2011 closed, open the applications folder on the Apple computer. Navigate to and open the Microsoft Office 2011 folder

2. Open the Office folder.

3. Click to open the Microsoft Database Utility.

4. Click on the small + symbol in the lower left of the screen.

5. Give the new identity a name to finish the database creation.
